A quick stop to get camera-ready (thank you Beauty Pearl for the getting me camera ready 💄. Loved that she traveled to me. Once done, it was off to the venue for the final walkthrough before guests and the bridal party arrived.

Wedding Day: The Beginning

The day began with gray skies, steady rain, and a long checklist ahead.

While most people see the beautiful ceremony, they rarely see the early morning hours, the planner arriving before everyone else, checking timelines, confirming vendors, keeping the bridal party on schedule, and preparing for every “just in case” moment.

We started the morning at the bridal suite, making sure every detail was falling into place. Despite a few delays and the weather doing its own thing, everyone stayed focused, my team executed their assignments beautifully, and together we kept the day moving right on schedule.
Wedding days rarely go exactly as planned, but that’s exactly why we’re there.

Behind every successful community event is a team willing to serve even when nobody is watching. ❤️🇭🇹

After the music faded, the crowd cleared, the rain poured down, and exhaustion kicked in… these amazing women still stayed. They said YES to the community. YES to the work. YES to showing up with love, strength, patience, and dedication until the very end.

This video captures the real moments — soaked in rain, tired beyond words, backs hurting, feet aching… but still laughing, still pushing, still enjoying each other’s company while cleaning up after the Haitian Flag Day Festival Tampa. That kind of heart cannot be taught.

I love and appreciate each one of these incredible ladies more than words can explain. Thank you for standing with me, serving with me, and helping bring this event to life for our community. Much respect to this powerhouse crew right here.

Yesterday’s Haitian Flag Day Festival Tampa was truly unforgettable. 🇭🇹❤️

Despite the rain and parking challenges that unfortunately prevented many people from making it onto the event grounds, we are deeply grateful to everyone who showed up, supported, and celebrated with us. Even after the rain, the energy and community spirit remained strong all day long. Thank you to for trusting the coordination team.

Huge THANK YOU to our hosts and , our DJs , , and team, our stage manager , photographer , and our videographer for helping bring this event to life. Thank you to every performer, every act, and Grace band.

To every vendor, sponsor, donor, thank you! volunteers, thank you for your hard work, sacrifices, and dedication behind the scenes. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.

This past weekend was more than an event, it was a moment of purpose, unity, and impact.

I had the honor of planning and coordinating the Annual Servant Leader Award Luncheon for the Greater Haitian American Chamber of Commerce, centered around
“Creating a Culture of Gratitude and Appreciation.”

Thank you to GHACC Tampa for trusting me to serve our community with excellence.

Grateful to our keynote speaker Mr. Gary T. Hartfield , our host RJP Speaks, Windy Vision Productions, John Beaunissant who delivered a beautiful rendition of both the American and Haitian National Anthem, and every volunteer who made this day possible.
