Celebrating women all day, every day 📸🥂

Lauren Turner, LCSW, MPC and Lynnea Molina, LCSW are redefining what work-life balance really looks like. Through their podcast, they explore burnout, challenge the culture of constant grinding, and create space for conversations about joy, fulfillment, and living with intention.

These two don’t just talk about meaningful work, they live it. As therapists and podcast hosts, they’re helping people build healthier, more balanced lives every day.

What can I say *flips hair* but honestly, creating content is MY JAM! I’ve been doing it for yearssssss and in 2021 I decided to start offering content creation workshops to help educate others while also giving them an opportunity to create on the spot. They’ve been a hit.

The one I held at was yet another success. The gals loved it. Here’s what a couple of them had to say ✨

Mm, you ever just meet someone and instantly click? Yea, that’s how it was when I met ✨

A true goddess. Domie Monet is someone you’ll always find laughing, radiating a golden light, and fully owning her power! Like I said, a true goddess 💫

I’ve personally experienced Domie Monet’s beautiful sound baths and even invited her to do one for my friend as she celebrated her pregnancy. I’ve always had the lovely opportunity of using several different oils from her Anointedd shop.

It’s crazy to see how much she’s grown in such a short period of time. Of course I wanted to know how she celebrates her wins…

“I celebrate my wins in simple but meaningful ways, sometimes I’ll take myself out to eat, grab a cupcake and sing to myself, dance, or just sit in reflection and really acknowledge how far I’ve come.”

If you’re local to Northern California, I highly recommend attending one of her upcoming events.

Right now, Domie is focused on sharing her anointing oils, which are an extension of her own healing journey. “Both (retreats and oils) feel like such special offerings I get to pour into community.”

I just want to take a moment to encourage you to show up for yourself fully, unapologetically, and without holding back.

Because through everything I do ~
hosting creative healing events, photographing women in business, and supporting women in building their brands… it all boils down to one thing: helping women connect with their soul.

Learning how to play. How to love themselves- even after motherhood, even after toxic relationships.

These two things were pivotal moments for me:

My first relationship.
It was abusive, physically and mentally. I almost let it change me… until I took my power back.

Motherhood.
It left me with a choice: go harder or lose myself completely. I chose to go hard because I had little eyes, THE FUTURE, watching me.

So today, I leave you with this: take your power back. Own all that you are.

And never, ever settle for less.
The next few weeks, my emails will be geared toward the women who are ready to go all in on themselves → their brand, their vision, and their presence in the world.

I'm so glad you're here.

What a blast this past weekend was at the iStroll, LLC Brandon relaunch event, hosted at Watch Me Swim - Survival Swimming & Beyond!

I didn’t ever want to leave! There were so many things to do and I feel so honored I got to witness it AND capture the memories from the day.

Bounce house, vendors, fire truck tour, Kona ice, and workouts for the family! What a day ✨
