Some events remind you why you got into this industry in the first place.
This past Christmas, we had the privilege of partnering with Grace Community Church to produce “Christmas on Main” in Lakewood Ranch — an outdoor concert right in the middle of Main Street that brought thousands of people together for a night centered on joy, family, and faith.
We started building early Friday morning, transforming an empty street into a full-scale outdoor production. By Saturday evening, that same space was filled with over 3,000 people — families singing carols, kids running between activities, and a community coming together to celebrate Christmas in a meaningful way.
Behind the scenes, our team deployed a concert-grade system to make sure the experience matched the moment. RCF HDL 50 line arrays carried the music clearly down Main Street, Allen & Heath Avantis consoles powered the mix, and Elation lighting with Hog4 programming helped wrap the entire space in warmth and color. But as always, the gear wasn’t the headline.
The most powerful moment came when everything slowed down. In the middle of the music and celebration, the gospel presentation brought a stillness over the crowd. Thousands of people standing together, listening, reflecting, and sharing a moment that felt bigger than the event itself.
We’re incredibly grateful to Grace Community Church for trusting us with such a special night. Events like this go far beyond production — they’re about creating spaces where people can gather, connect, and experience something meaningful together.
These are the nights that stay with you. And they’re exactly why we do what we do.
