Well, today didn’t go quite as planned, but goodness did we get a lot accomplished!

With the rain pouring down and equipment maintenance on the schedule, we made the decision to stay closed today and focus on Southern Sage. Sometimes you have to take a day to work on the business instead of in the business, and that’s exactly what we did.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Karla Cofield, Stacey B. Wharton, and Tiffany Harper. Those ladies absolutely kicked butt today. We tackled projects that have been on the list for a while, got equipment cleaned and maintained, organized, scrubbed, and checked off more than I thought possible in a single day. I’m incredibly grateful for a team that’s willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

We also took the opportunity to get out and support local for lunch. Thank you to Mama-N-Em’s Southern Kitchen & Steakhouse for a delicious meal! It was scrumptious!

Thank you all for your patience and understanding today. We will be back open tomorrow during our normal business hours, refreshed, ready, and excited to serve you.
