The moment what you couldn’t put into words becomes everything around you.

The Lake. The golden hour. The table that exists for this evening… and no other. Twenty years on Lake Tahoe, designing weddings and celebrations that feel exactly the way Tahoe should.

If this resonates, we’d love to connect.

A moment, a love, a dream…

A Lake Tahoe wedding at the Thunderbird Lodge. There is just a way Tahoe weddings are supposed to feel.

We learned it along the way… a moment, a love, a dream.

A sailcloth tent in a quiet part of Lake Tahoe.

Ivory drapery drawn back at the entrance. Garden roses, blue delphinium, blush and ivory florals spilling across the arch in an effortless gesture.

Every detail intentional.

After twenty years of designing celebrations in Lake Tahoe, we know what makes one stand apart. Scale that feels deliberate, not imposing. Florals that move with the architecture of the tent. Lounges that invite guests to stay. Light that knows what to do at dusk.

A tent is the rare venue you design from the ground up. Every drapery, every light, every accent is chosen for one evening for your guests.

The bar is no longer a service station. It’s the heart of the celebration.

Your guests will gather here more than anywhere else. They’ll order their first drink here. They’ll find their people here. They’ll come back here all night long.

This is where intention matters most.

Cascading florals tucked into a living greenery wall. A custom bottle menu curated for your palate. Glassware that catches the light. Sierra Nevada views framed through a clear-roof tent. Every detail is designed for the moment your guests stop, look around and realize this isn’t just a wedding. It’s an evening they’ll talk about for years.

Because when the bar feels like an elevated experience, the whole celebration follows.

The kind of evening you were always meant to attend.

Some celebrations don’t need embellishment. They just need the right setting.

A private lakefront estate. A pier that leads nowhere but toward each other. The lights across the water. The clink of crystal.

Sierra & Stephen | Lake Tahoe

When your celebration should be the party everyone is still talking about years later… this is where it begins.

Twenty Years. One Lake. Zero Compromises.

This is what it looks like when a Lake Tahoe wedding is designed, not just planned. Every linen, every lantern, every petal placed with care. Where intention lives in every detail.

There is no such thing as a small detail on your wedding day.

The weight of a velvet napkin. The way light filters through rattan at golden hour. The moment your guests step under a sailcloth tent wrapped in greenery and realize… this is different.

This Lake Tahoe lakefront celebration was designed from the ground up. Every linen, every floral, every lounge piece chosen with intention. Because our clients aren’t looking for a day that’s simply beautiful, they’re looking for one that feels unmistakably theirs.

That’s what we’ve spent 20 years building on the shores of Lake Tahoe.

Events and weddings where intention lives in every detail.
