Don’t worry friend and supporters. I’m still cooking, I decided to continue my path, supporting and growing into a bigger role returning to my Home at Terra plata, as my mentor, chef and friend passed away late Summer, I decided to continue her legacy!!! She thought me what Food of love really ment!!! Here are some hearty family Meals, super Nachos, shrimp linguine, my chef always thought me to make sure the people and our crew is fed!!! Also been working on some dishes, but this isn’t it… this is only the beginning!!!

today marks Day 6 at the Rockland Pride fest Art retreat.
Cooking for 10 talented artist definitely has been a different experience, living and eating together but so much fun! As you all know I cook with love so no better Way then to introduce them to my favorites, to making my first Pozole to start the Cinco De mayo weekend, and some German Classics, pot Roast with my house made red cabbage and Knödel, we still have 4 more Days to go, stay tuned for more of my ultimate favorites!
