We created a classic Tiki food and cocktail pairing experience for the Dewittshire Fall Welcome last night. Tropical Charcuterie including Musubi w/Mr. Bali Hai, Crab Rangoon Dip w/Saturn, and Polynesian Meatballs w/Mai Tai. Incredible cocktails researched, customized and built by Local Libations Legend . So much fun combining tropical fruits and fresh local produce with wontons, crackers, and great cheeses from The Curd Nerd. Threw in smoked cream cheese with jam, beautiful dark chocolate, and Asian condiments for good measure.
