OUR BEEF IS LOCALLY RAISED AND THOUGHTFULLY FINISHED FOR QUALITY AND FLAVOR. Our cattle were primarily grass-finished on Alfalfa and Timothy hay, with supplemental feed including brewers grain from a local brewery and high quality grain from a local mill. Our Beef was processed, vacuum sealed and flash frozen at Riverside Meats and is now available for pick up. It underwent a 21 day dry aging process for peak tenderness and is USDA certified.
