Such a disappointment at this place. Customer service is a joke (Gabby). Waited for 30 minutes in a long line after submitting a waver like they asked. Then comes our turn and she rudely says that thereโs only a waver for one parent. I sign my waver and they tell me we have to wait in line again and that sheโs not going to take us. Not waiting an hour to go into this ghetto place. Our baby could not stay still, she was so excited but we were not staying there.
Thank you Luv 2 Play for having us at your Grand Opening! We had a blast, and we look forward to working along side with Luv 2 Play!
