“The first sign of spring!!!” Yesterday we went and pickup up our pallet of South Dakota’s own Bam Bam’s BBQ Sauces, buying in this kind of quantity is just one way we are able to keep our prices down on food through the trailer. Wooohoo!!! Tried something new today, special seasoning blend, smoked, cooled and deep fried! This chicken is fire!!!!!! Bring on summer!!!! I’m not a chicken guy but this turned out pretty great!! Coming to a trailer even near you!!!

Whew! It’s been awhile since I have posted here but this is some of what we have been doing this winter while we wait for summer weddings and food truck events! Benefits, fund raisers, cards night, and even snuck away for a little hunting trip! Weekends are filling up with trailer events and catering gigs but still have some availability for 2026 if you are in need of food!
