Due the dangerous weather in the area and the damage it has caused, our Strewartville Transfer Station will stay open until 6 PM tonight and will also be open tomorrow from 8 AM to 1 PM to support with clean up of the area. Please contact our team if you have any questions or need support.

Due to the snow our drivers got a late start this morning. Regular service routes began at 8 AM instead of 6 AM. Our drivers will be working later than normal to ensure your waste and recycling are collected today, Monday, March 16, 2026. Please leave your carts out until your waste and recycling have been picked up.

Due to snow and extreme winds, our teams had a delayed start this morning. We are making our best effort to complete service today; however, some areas, including hills and gravel roads, may be more challenging under current conditions.

Winter storm conditions are slowing collection today.❄️🚛 Our crews are out and working hard, but some homes and businesses may not receive service.

We will have extra trucks in the area from Monday through Sunday to support recovery. If your address is not serviced by Tuesday, a double collection will take place on your normal service day.
