Our farm to table cooking classes are in full swing! Here’s what we’ve been cooking! (And eating!!)

Leafy green starter with summer vinaigrette, coffee rub beef bites and summer vegetables like yellow squash, tomatoes and green onion. You get to learn all the things about our local produce and farms and receive the recipe after class so you can recreate it at home!

Shout out to our local farms for helping us truly bring the taste of Sauk Valley to the table. Each farm to table class is locally sourced, and we prepare items you can find right here at the (We did that on purpose!)

Cinco de Mayo was a celebration we won’t forget! 🍋‍🟩✨ Blue corn tortillas from scratch and flounder from South Carolina courtesy of our good friends made this one extra fun! 🤩

Thursday is our first Farm to Table class of the season! This cooking class series is designed to create (and eat!!) a meal using greens, fruits, meats, cheeses and more directly sourced from the vendors at the Twin City Farmers Market in Sterling. After class you get the recipe emailed to you so you can recreate your dishes at home!

We signed off Spring pasta classes in the best way! 👋🏼 Celebrating birthdays, friendships and good food in the kitchen. ✨😌🍷

On Tuesday we are diving into Cinco de Mayo dinner party style with a three protein taco trio and then it’s officially… Farm to Table season! We are SO excited to showcase more of what’s grown fresh right here in Sauk Valley! From beginners to foodies.. all are welcome!

Back to back pasta night, always a hit! 🍷
