Everyone else has their “Wedding Trends of 2025!”

Mine is a single word… that word is “HONOR”

1. Honor Each Other by planning a wedding that reflects your unique love. Trust yourself to choose styles and activities relevant to you. Tune out the noise of those who want your day to be anything other than authentic to your love story.

2. Honor Your Guests by focusing on their comfort and needs. Avoid letting them swelter or freeze. Feed them well and keep food available while the bar is open. Plan activities for them to enjoy if they are expected to wait for extended periods of time.

3. Honor Your Wedding Party and Family by allowing them to support you without taking on too many responsibilities. They are there for you to enjoy the celebration alongside you, sharing in the joy of the day.

4. Honor Your Vendors by treating them as respected professionals and letting them do their job. If plans change, notify them. FEED THEM and communicate your needs.

Tips for selecting Any Professional Wedding Vendor!

A vendor should be able to provide you if requested

1. Their Federal EIN and a Certificate of Good Standing indicate that a business is registered in its state.

2. A Certificate of Insurance typically covers a company and its services, usually starting at a minimum of $1 million, though some venues may require a higher amount.

3. A service contract should detail the policies and services provided, including both parties’ names, the date, and signatures.

4. Easy access to contact details: Name, Email, business phone, emergency/cell phone, and daytime contact information.

If they can’t, KEEP LOOKING!!

Use the FAQ section of your website to give clear examples.

Clarify and define what you mean by “Cocktail,” “Semi-Formal,” etc. These terms are not universally used or understood by many guests.
Give examples of what the attire you are requesting is or isn’t.
If you don’t want jeans, say “No Jeans.”❤️
If the bride is the only one to wear white, SAY IT!! Don’t make your attendants waste good red wine at the reception..😈

Are all the accessories there?
Do you have your undergarments?
Does it fit well?
Are there any missing buttons or stuck zippers?
Do you need a belt or suspenders?
Is it wrinkled?

We are basically wedding nerds, who love all things wedding related and love the excitement of creating and experiencing each wedding with our couples.
