It's Independence Day weekend and we are bringing another new special to this weeks Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows. It's the Embers Catering Santa Barbara pizza special!

An EVOO based pie with 4 blend and creamy ricotta cheeses, savory preserved lemons, fresh shaved asparagus, prosciutto slices and finished with a creamy pesto drizzle.

We are located in our usual spot in front of CrossFit 70 - Lake St. Louis, MO at the The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis.

Breakfast pizza starts at 8am and please do not forget to preorder by Friday at 12pm if you will need a box or save your pie at [email protected] or message us here on FB.

It's a lot cooler in the Islands these days so lets live vicariously. This week, the Embers Catering Team team will be bringing fresh pineapple to top of this weekend Hawaiian special at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows.

A San Marzano red sauce based pie, topped with fresh pinched mozzarella and 4 blend cheeses, cherrywood smoked ham, lean bacon pieces, then finished with fresh pineapple chunks and either a 5 pepper honey or sweet balsamic glaze drizzle . Add some jalapenos and red onions to kick things up a notch.

Your favorite Margherita, Classic topped and Breakfast pizza starts at 8am. As a reminder, the To-Go box option is only available with pre-orders. Message, email or call to save your dough ball and favorite ingredients to [email protected] before Friday at 12pm.

The St. Louis Summer heat has arrived this week and refreshing melon is on our minds. That takes us to this weeks Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows pizza special, the Embers "Prosciutto e Melone".

An EVOO based white pizza topped with dollops of creamy basil ricotta and fresh mozzarella, crispy prosciutto, sweet cantaloupe ribbons, a peppery arugula splash and your choice of a sweet honey or balsamic glaze drizzle.

The Embers Catering team hopes to see you this weekend at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows where aromatics of Tuscany will linger.

This weeks market special is the Embers Catering "Tuscan". An extra virgin olive oil base, creamy goat and creamy ricotta cheeses, sweet peppers, red onion, Kalamata olives and Italian seasoned chicken pieces, then finished with a garlicy pesto drizzle.

In addition to those breakfast yummies, other options include our classic topped and Margherita pizzas and this weeks special, the Embers Catering version of the BLT.

Unfortunately, the Embers Catering team is unable to attend as we will be attending family graduations and various preplanned celebrations.
