It all started at the St. Louis Renaissance in 2006. Starting off with a few brushes, a kit from Hobby Lobby and a few stick on gems. Attempting to master swirls and keeping a steady hand hoping it will look as it does on the design board. We never knew 13 years later it would be a thriving and wonderful business our family grew.
Laura (My mother - The owner and founder) will always tell anyone asking if she went to art school that “I could’t even draw stick figures!” Now years later she is the creating whimsical and magical art! We practice and practice trying new ways of creating designs and have been to many classes and conventions across the U.S and Canada.
Growing up in a household with a mother as a face painter sounds like it would be amazing.. Tell that to my little brother and sister that cleverly figured out that if we gave them a dollar for every design they would soon become rich. Looking back friends and family were always helping us grow!
We have traveled across the U.S and Canada painting at small hometown festivals and state fairs painting over thousands of faces. We are constantly creating new designs and are painting more and more events each year. Also, we pride ourselves is using FDA approved water - based makeup and even the glitter we use is cosmetic grade.
