Don’t want to sweat the details…let your planner handle it for you!

And then I’ll literally tie every ribbon, ensure the linens are steamed, straighten the napkins/cutlery/escort cards and communicate with each vendors and even vacuum the carpet and sweep the front walk when necessary and you’ll have no clue… just as it should be. They call me meticulous, task oriented, a born leader (some may say bossy), decisive and an over-thinker for a reason.

Your day and event should be a celebration, a milestone and frankly, it’s for you to enjoy. The only thing you should check off a list is that you remembered to smile and breathe, and that you arrived on time (and I’ll probably remind you of that too, as I’ve arranged your transportation). Your planner will handle the rest.

✋🏼I’m Stacy Abeles. I’m the owner+founder of Abeles & Company. Professionally, I’ve built a career as the creative, relationship maker and go to “fix it” girl with a varied background in destination management, meeting and event planning, and nonprofit fundraising.

🩷Personally, I have experienced more than my fair share of ups/downs in life, BUT I have always tried to remain positive and happy. AND I truly believe everything is meant to be celebrated…

🧡With that in mind, and with my love for bringing together people, parties and philanthropy, I was inspired to create Abeles & Company | Event+Nonprofit Consulting

💛After a successful career in leadership within local and national nonprofits (where I planned and executed all types of fundraisers and generated significant $MM for organizations over the years), unexpected changes in my life and world (anyone remember Covid) - I was ready for something of my own to nurture and grow.

💚After just 3.5 years Abeles & Co. has expanded its offerings. Today, my services include:

⁃ nonprofit consulting
AND now,
⁃ travel concierge
⁃ destination management

💛I am now able to support clients with coordinating every travel, meeting, transportation/excursion request to further tailor and enhance their event experience to meet their personal and corporate needs.

🧡…Because like you, I am always dreaming of the next trip. And when I am not fulfilling client requests or planning an event, I am usually attending one - usually on the dance floor is where you’ll find me OR cheering on the sidelines of a lacrosse or football game while maybe daydreaming about that sandy beach or next adventure. Wherever it is, I’m making the most of it and always having fun!

This has been beautiful and challenging year filled with personal and professional growth, and naturally a few setbacks from which I have learned. As I continue to grow as a small business owner, I am humbled by each new inquiry that comes through - into 2029 and beyond - and no, it’s really is never too early to secure your date with me.

Abeles and Company was honored to collaborate with to create an interactive experience and meaningful program for the community in recognition of the 2nd Anniversary of October 7.

Over 500 attended this free event at that included family friendly activities, opportunities to bear witness to the atrocities that occurred on October 7 in Israel, as well as participate in a service project.

Exhibit Tents:

- Letter writing to IDF soldiers
- Anemone flowers (red poppy) craft making
- Kites for Peace take aways

Service Project:
Guests made 180 pasta kit that will be donated to the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry

The highlight of the evening was a panel discussion lead by Federation CEO, Danny Cohn, and 2 witnesses who shared their personal 10/7 experiences: a former IDF soldier and NOVA survivor.

Guests departed to a 1,000-candle display (community created) that spelled out “Am Yisrael Chai” in Hebrew and lit up the night.

It’s always a pleasure working with nonprofit partners to showcase their important work to the community. That was especially the case with Covenant Place - there was SO much to highlight this year. The agency celebrated its incredible 50 year legacy of providing affordable housing for seniors with the completion of a major phase of construction. Abeles & Company was engaged to produce a spring dedication and ribbon cutting, along with a summer anniversary celebration, complete with a presentation of awards to its founder, corporate and community leaders and a (surprise) award to the CEO.
