Yesterday we went “Behind the scenes” at Knotting Hills with the loveliest hardworking group of wedding coordinators and planners! We are SO thankful to all of you who took the time out of your busy schedules to join us (and power through the Missouri humidity together). After touring the property, everyone sat down for a plated lunch where we had the best time connecting and learning together! We really valued the opportunity to dive deeper into the reality of how we can work together to best support and continue to improve for our clients. It is so important to have a strong foundation & team that can be trusted to handle all that comes with the back end of weddings, but also to provide support and be intentionally helpful for each other. Prioritizing the experience of the guests is so much more than just running a timeline and making sure the space looks nice. It is being available for open communication prior to and during the wedding day, being observant and asking questions if others look like they could use the help, and recognizing that growth and change will always be essential.
