As we are already planning MBOB 4.0 July 18, 2025, this will no longer be a people's choice awards to a sense. Everyone will be allowed to nominate honorees in each category but the Board of Directors will have the final say. They will vet (research) each entry and make their choice accordingly. We're starting early to give them time to handle business so be on the lookout for the nomination form to get your favs on the ballot.

One week from today I get to honor and hug the necks of some of the most amazing Black Entrepreneurs in the Midwest. This mantle is the easiest to carry but I try to do it with grace! It's my hearts posture, its who am I as a person. I love to help and see people win.

Truth is many people have WON at my events. Im talking million dollar deals made, partnerships forged. It's about proximity, about being in the room. I have no power, its me walking in obedience that's making this happen for people. Im just the vessel. Im Kidada D Miller and i build people 🙌🏽
