We recently hosted our 3rd Annual Short Film competition where we gave local emerging filmmakers a chance to win $500 by producing a themed short film in 48 hours! They were required to turn child hood fairy tales into a scary movie.

Congratulations to our winners! A celebration of creativity, collaboration, and determination.

1st Place: Esmeralda’s Revenge – Hot Chocolate Horror

3rd Place: Rapunzel – Lindenwood Film Club

What a night! The 3rd Annual was a huge success, with over 65 filmmakers, creatives, and film lovers joining us for the screening.

Congratulations to “Esmeralda’s Revenge” for taking home 1st Place and the $500 Grand Prize! The creativity and storytelling this year were next level.

A special thank you to our incredible vendors — , , and — for sponsoring the event and elevating the experience with your amazing products.

Each team was challenged to take a classic fairy tale and turn it into a horror short film in under 48 hours — writing, directing, filming, and editing every frame from scratch.
