Does your extra fridge in the garage look like mine? Harvested a few of these dahlias this morning, but most came from Bi-State Blooms ~ Specialty Cut Flower Collective, a cooperative of local flower farmers that grow amazingly beautiful flowers! Kate at City House Country Mouse provides a space for these farmers to share their flowers with florists. It’s a win-win! Florists get to use gorgeous locally grown flowers and you get to receive them!

This has been a good year for gomphrena! I love using in arrangements, but also drying it for use with wreath making, pumpkin decorating, or just placing it in a dry vase to have this bright color all year round!
