I love having my home filled with laughter and smiling hearts. Held a Nacho Ordinary Night with nachos spread out on my coffee table, coincidentally was National Nacho Day. 🌮 Nacho Libre movie in the background, nacho kid song greeted them and I began with a prayer of gratitude—for the ability to gather, to share food, and to honor Mexican culture. It’s been hard to fully enjoy myself in these times, but I believe it’s vital to find ways to stay grounded and show up for our community. Gatherings like this are one of the ways I do that. 🍅 Gather your tribe. It makes a difference.

Sometimes one word is all you need for a chant. Chilling with Tucky after a long work week.

🪷 For me, chanting is a mindfulness practice to align right and left brain, stimulate alpha waves which relaxes the body to seed creative resolutions, and awaken innate wisdom and peace.
