Thank you Springfield for another great week! It was an absolute privilege making all your pizzas! Don’t forget that we make a dairy free pizza call the Marinara! Fresh dough made with , tomatoes 🍅 from Napoli , olive oil from Sicily , fresh garlic 🧄 fresh basil🌿 from Adriano’s garden and dried oregano 🌿. It’s absolutely delicious! Try one this week!

One of my favorite questions to answer is: “What’s so special about your pizza?” I could talk about the quality ingredients and traditional techniques that make it delicious, but what truly sets it apart is my PASSION.

Every pizza I make is a reflection of my love for authentic pizza Napoletana and hospitality. My greatest hope is that you feel that passion in every bite.
