I’m looking for a cake artist to join our Fall Boho Wedding Styled Shoot on November 24, 2026, at Spring Creek Estate in Republic, Missouri!

The owner has tapped me, Jessica with Reinvented Events LLC, to handle the planning, and we’re bringing together a wonderful team of local wedding creatives.

Already on board:
✨ A well-known wedding florist
✨ A well-known and popular charcuterie company
✨ Bride and groom models
✨ A local wedding stationery business
✨ An event rental company
✨ Two popular wedding photographers!

Think terracotta, ivory, navy blue, lush florals, pampas grass, and gold accents, a gorgeous setting for a beautifully designed wedding cake.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to showcase your cake artistry, connect with other wedding professionals, and advertise your baking business through styled wedding imagery.

Have another wedding or event-related business you’d like considered for the shoot? Please message me! We’d love to explore additions such as a mobile coffee cart, limousine service, vintage car, or other unique transportation that would complement the design.

💕✨ We’re all set up and ready for the Spring Creek Estates Open House! ✨💍

After weeks of planning, designing, arranging flowers, and preparing every little detail, I finally get to see my vision come to life! 🥹💕

I’m so excited to be showcasing Reinvented Events LLC today at Spring Creek Estates in Republic, Missouri!

I wanted to share a little sneak peek of my display! From the romantic blush and ivory draping to the cascading florals, candlelight, and sweetheart table, every detail was thoughtfully designed to show just a little of what Reinvented Events can create. 🌸✨

But what I love most about event planning isn’t just making things look beautiful. It’s creating experiences that people will remember long after the celebration is over.

Today is a big milestone for my little business, and I’m equal parts excited, nervous, and incredibly grateful for this opportunity!

✨ A BIG moment for Reinvented Events! ✨

I have some exciting news to share, and I have to admit, I’m a bit nervous…🥹💕

Reinvented Events LLC has been invited to showcase at the Spring Creek Estates Open House on Tuesday, October 13th at 5:00 PM in Republic, Missouri! 🥂💍

If you haven’t heard of Spring Creek Estates, it’s a gorgeous 20-acre event property featuring a beautiful barn-style venue with an open floor plan, stunning grounds, and even a pond with a fountain! That lights up at night! Imagine the photos you could have! It’s such a beautiful setting for celebrating life’s biggest moments.

For me, this invitation means so much more than simply setting up a display.

I’ve poured countless hours into building my business, developing my approach to wedding planning and design, creating my portfolio, and working toward the dream of helping couples create truly unforgettable memories.

And now, I finally have the opportunity to stand in front of real couples who are planning one of the most important days of their lives, introduce myself, and show them what Reinvented Events is all about. 🥹

Am I excited? Absolutely. Am I nervous? More than a little! 😂

But mostly, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity.

I’ll be bringing a little piece of the Reinvented Events experience to life with a romantic wedding display, showcasing my design abilities and my belief that beautiful events are about so much more than decorations. Calling all models and wedding creatives! 🍂💙

Reinvented Events LLC has been asked to plan a Fall Boho Wedding Styled Shoot on October 13, 2026, at Spring Creek Estate in Republic, Missouri, and I’m looking for a few more people to join us!

The design features terracotta, ivory, and navy blue, with lush florals, pampas grass, and gold accents.

✨ Models needed: One male and one female to portray our bride and groom. Couples are welcome to express interest together! Exact shooting time and preparation details will be shared with those interested.

✨ Wedding vendors: If you’d love to showcase your work and collaborate with other local wedding professionals, I’d love to hear from you! We already have photographers, florals, balloons, and hair and makeup on board, and welcome inquiries from other vendors—especially a stationery artist for our invitation suite.

This is a wonderful opportunity to bring a beautiful fall wedding vision to life together!

Reinvented Events LLC is planning a bohemian fall wedding styled shoot at Spring Creek Estate, a premier wedding venue in Republic, Missouri, on October 13!

We’re looking for:

🤎 Two models—one man and one woman—to portray our wedding couple
🤎 A stationery artist to create the invitation suite

The venue manager and owner invited me to plan this shoot on short notice, and we’re bringing a beautiful creative team together! We already have a balloon artist, photographers, a hair and makeup artist, and florals lined up.

Think rich fall colors, soft textures, romantic details, and bohemian charm. ✨

Exact shooting time will be announced soon.

I’ve been so excited to finally share this one!

I created this Garden Party shoot as an opportunity to show what Reinvented Events is really about: not simply making a space look beautiful, but intentionally designing an entire experience.

From the layered blush and ivory draping and abundant florals to the candlelight, textured linens, custom stationery, desserts, fruit, and tiny details at each place setting, everything was chosen to work together and create a feeling. 🌸🥂

That’s the heart behind my 5 Senses approach to event planning and design. I want guests to notice what they see, hear, smell, taste, and touch and for all of those details to come together into an experience they remember long after the event is over.

And seeing this vision come to life through these photographs makes me incredibly excited for what’s ahead for Reinvented Events. 💕
