Ember Arts Collective:
🎶 Who are we?
A group of seasoned patrons of the Springfield EDM community - some of us started our adventure and building the local scene as far back as the 1990’s!
We’ve seen each other through ups and downs, addiction and loss, recovery and triumphs.
We are DJ’s, flow artists, painters, dancers, aerialists, photographers, and EDM producers.
We welcome people from all walks of life with a love for arts and music!

We strive to keep the EDM community alive and thriving in SWMO!
We believe that art, music, and meaningful human connection have the power to transform lives, create belonging, and strengthen our community.
🎶 What are we?
We are a nonprofit registered with the state of Missouri. All of our performers, artists, event planners, and board members are unpaid volunteers. Please be kind to them!
Being a nonprofit with board members helps ensure transparency and accountability - that resources are going toward the goals of the collective.
🎵 What are we doing?
In the short term, we are focused on collaboration with local artists, more events (like the Flow park parties) that bring solidarity, support, and a sense of community. We promote harm reduction resources and education, encourage healthy relationships, minds, and bodies.
We are also collaborating with other businesses and organizations for causes that have touched our community such as domestic violence, trauma education, mental health, and harm reduction.
Our big dream is to raise enough money to start an artist/small business incubator with a catalog of equipment for rent, a space for artists to practice or store equipment, mentorships and advice from old heads, a place to hold meetings and meet with clients, etc. We envision a community resource center that serves as a small business incubator, removing barriers for those who are just getting started.
