Did you know that vendor meals are an important part of your wedding day? Your hardworking team—DJ, photographers, planners, and bartenders—help make your special day run smoothly, and they need a moment to refuel, too! 🥂💍

Your planner can guide you on how many meals will be needed and where vendors can sit to enjoy their break. Often, there’s a dedicated vendor table where they can take a breather during slower moments so they’re energized and ready to get back to the party! 💫

However, vendor meals aren’t mandatory. Some couples opt for alternatives like pizza or fast food, which works too! 🍕 At Carmelita Catering Co., if vendor meals aren’t provided, we’ll happily prepare extra dishes to feed them behind the scenes in the kitchen.

It’s all about what works best for your day—just let us know what you prefer, and we’ll take care of the rest! 👰🤵
