We just Keep on keepin on, there’s no need to cheat when your meals are just as good as your cheat dreams! I love using other local small businesses in my keto meal prep menus- like SOLID OAK SMOKE BBQ for their amazing Smokey brisket to add to my hatch brisket& blue Mac, made with keto friendly noods! I was making lamb balls w baba ganoush for this menu but I’ve decided that the lamb Moussaka is in need of a comeback! A creamy & savory Greek casserole that any eggplant would die to be a part of! My argentine seafood paella is one of a kind, with local veg from Farm to Kitchen Collective & fresh skrimps & calamari from Woodlands Seafood Co... the flavor is bangin. If you love crepes - you’ll flip out over these keto cheese blintzes topped with my triple berry bomb jam. So saawweet, but sugar free!

It’s Christmas time & I always want to make sure you guys get your holiday meals in time for your get togethers or before the holiday closings! I’m preparing my annual Christmas menu as usual, a week in advance so they will be in your fridge for Christmas.

My horseradish crusted prime rib is always requested and I still prepare family prime ribs for your dinner table as well. My space and time is limited so get your order in before it’s too late. This meal is served with roasted Rosemary radishes!! So good.

The famous SOLID OAK SMOKE BBQ Cajun Turkey is so nice I use it twice... thanks giving and Christmas are the best time for perfectly smoked juicy sugar free Turkey with cauli mash. This Christmas meal is served with mushroom gravy instead of creamed greens.

It must be a Christmas miracle? Becasue this broccoli rice bacon & cheese casserole is amazeballs, and it is keto! It’s so creamy.

Last year I made white chocolate peppermint Bombs, they were good but I’m really missing my blackberry buttermilk pie... so this year I give you B.B. pie Bombs!!! It’s true! They are Santa’s favorite too!

There are video cameras in place, masks & gloves are worn, and at Caroline’s - A Healthy Eatery in spring, you can pick up your meals from the bomb noms cooler at a safe social distance (all weekend), or we can bring it to your car when you arrive. I do what I can to help you to keep calm and keto on during these crazy days and our new normal. Which is why I also provide sugar free Irish cream, no sugar added mean green goddess ranch, smokey habanero salsa Bomba, and immunity boosting liquid gold bone broth.... just come to carolines and check out my spread.
