In honor of National Viognier Day, I am enjoying this great Viognier from Hilmy Cellars. Visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It is wonderful!

Viognier does very well in Texas. It is referred to as the white grape of Texas.

Had another great pairing dinner tonight before I jumped on a Zoom for a Rotary district meeting. Marley Spoon did great and it paired well with a Ron Yates wine! Dinner was Sesame Shrimp with Garlic Broccoli and Jasmine Rice.
