To meet the needs of our community and projections that BNA® will reach 40 million annual passengers in the next decade, we’re expanding and improving our roadways. This aerial provides a helpful visual, not only of the work done so far with the relocation of Donelson Pike in coordination with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, the footprint of the new parking garage and rental car facility and the expansion of Lot B, but also the future and what’s to come. This project will transform our current one-mile, two-lane terminal road into a two-mile, six-lane thoroughfare— improving traffic flow to and from the terminal and parking garages. We expect these improvements to be completed over the next few years.
