In this episode of Joleen's Happy Time Craftcast, I'm chatting with Wisconsin mixed media artist, writer, and teaching artist Emma Freeman about slow stitching, textile art, art journaling, and the incredible ways creativity can bring more joy, connection, and meaning into our lives.

Emma has been a professional artist for 20 years and a teaching artist for 10, and her creative practice is rooted in mindful, intentional making. She works with beautiful handmade textiles filled with stories, creating fabric meditation books, prayer flags, wearable art, and art journals from repurposed vintage books.
