Exploring Denver, family night to go see the Lion King, checking on partner stores that carry our products from our biz ,making new 420 crystal tools for shops around town, catching a couple concerts in between, making new music, and lots of moon bear cuddles 🌙 🐻

Suppressed out now on all streaming platforms 🌲🌸

Feels good and scary all at the same time this track is finally out. After sitting on it, re mixing it, adding vocals, re thinking it, over analyzing and creating my own visuals…it’s been a process 🌱

All of the visuals from this release are all from moments in nature that truly made me so grateful for our earth, creator/mama Gaia, and the continued growth as a collective. Finding these moments of beauty have always helped me to tune out the outer world momentarily and seek out the beauty that’s so close to us here in the NW 🌲

Get outside, go look at the trees and flowers and remember when we suppress Mother Earth and ourselves it just leads to more chaos, destruction, and pain. Choose to express authentically and not suppress.

I have been sitting on this track for over a year now and knew I would be ready to release it when the time was right. The time is now!! From playing it at a yoga dome event and a couple shows around town…It’s finally yours 🫶🏽

This last weekend me being the Capricorn I am I had the opportunity to host my first ever retreat with so many friends that I call my soul family to celebrate my 30th solar rotation 👑

I was inspired by a fellow bestie who hosted her own retreat this last year for her bday at a castle
Thanks soul sis for showing me what true celebration feels like ✨

I wanted to create my own where everyone could have a reset, moments to heal, peace, dance, nourish their bodies, feeling connected to their community, meeting new friends and joy and that’s exactly what we all created together🫶🏽

Full of workshops hosted by fellow spiritual baddies of the NW, yummy home cooked vegetarian meals by our own personal chef, private dance class, couples night, kandi bracelet station, aromatherapy area, oracle cards, stoner area, reiki, sound healing and we even got to play our first ever sets that weren’t just all our originals!

When my man saw that balcony he was like that’s where we are playing and he made it more magical than I could of ever expected 🪩🥹Great job babe with transforming the mansion with all the lights 😭

I had been sitting on this playlist I always wanted to mix and I finally got the courage to share it and mix it for my friends🫶🏽 Seeing everyone flowing and hearing their reactions was top tier a moment I will always remember in my dj/producer career💜

What an incredible night from attending the show and watching all of the mind blowing performances!!

From aerial, burlesque, to high flying tricks and drops galore and hanging out with friends in between! Then we got to play our funky original bops to end the last night of 2025 as we all stepped into 2026 together under the giant ballon drop 💗

Thank you for asking us to be apart of this amazing event!! We have loved getting to bring our uplifting, one of a kind tunes to the oldest church in town now transformed into the coolest church of expression🥰

Someone pinch me because this felt like a fever dream 😂🫶🏽 HUGE shoutout to our amazing photographer friend who came to the event and captured us in one of our many elements once again 📸 Thank you Melanie for capturing the evening, I am just obsessed with how these pics turned out 😭🥰💥

We are playing our funky tunes for a freaking NEW YEARS EVER PARTY at one of the oldest and most expressive churches in Spokane

December 31st, 8pm-12:30am 💫

Come join us for a fabulous night starting off with
aerial and burlesque performances by with us ending out the night with a giant dance party as we all step into this new year with a toast under a huge balloon drop🎉🎈

Attire/theme: Glitz, glam, dancing among the stars, midnight blue, gold, silver, white, 🌟💙🩶💛🤍

So excited to be playing back at the church with my man and fellow co-creator and bring our city a whole new kind of musical experience for new years🩵Both of our sets will be all originals with minimal covers🥰 Groove, funk, disco, house, dubstep, and a dash of riddim😇

Life lately & storytime✨🪩💎

Being a multi passionate artists sometimes is freaking OVERWHELMING to say the least 😂Trying to balance between creating products/running our business, home life and being a partner and momma, vending, hosting classes/gatherings, being on a local non profit board, hosting spiritual bday parties, finding time to see friends and somehow in between all that craziness music still manages to squeeze in there.

Some days I feel like absolute dog poo 💩 and some days I’m a freaking rainbow unicorn 🦄 farting out smiles and glitter. Everyone always thinks wow you’re so positive and happy all the time… no that’s not the case I struggle as well (think we all do) Sometimes I question myself and this process of becoming but then..

I will feel this push, nudge, pull, sign, intuitive hit whatever you wanna call it to work on a new song just out of no where and then I slowly start accumulating samples in that moment of energy and see what comes through.. all by ear and by feeling, out of my head and into the moment through music.

It’s a journey this creating thing and stepping into a new realm. All I can say is even through the chaos and daily life and the hustle and bustle music still finds its way to me and this lil voice saying just release it, keep going, keep creating, you got this🦋

Exciting things to come friends 🦄
