I saw this and figured I'd share.

1st- start building up your inventory, white, black, gold and silver. Primary colors next.
2nd- I charge a 10% flat rate for any order less then 14 days, plus rush delivery charges if needed.
3rd- I know its hard to turn down jobs, but your personal life should always be 1st, if not you will burn out quickly.
4th- how much are you charging for your actual time?
5th- remember there will always be another job.

These are very good rules. And I think that's how I'm going to be doing things from now on. Or very similar.

Well now that my Summer Rush is over!!!!! I've got tons of inventory. Some colors are missing one size which would need ordered. But I have a lot of matching sizes. (3 sizes to every color is how balloons work) ☺️

If anyone is looking for anything small coming up other then the 19th I and a little tight the weekend after I am an open book! 🎈🎈
