First time photographing Krystal’s family and I find it so much easier to flow through the session when there’s so many candid moments between multiple personalities!

Krystal + Matt Congrats on a 4th little personality joining the mix in just a short couple of months!

Cheers to many more candid moments!

I’ve photographed Lisa and Chris’s 10 year anniversary years ago! Now here we are adding little Amelia to the mix.
I get so choked up when I actually think about capturing growing families.
Maybe it’s because I’m a mom... but I like to think it’s because I truly cherish memories, it’s a deeply rooted part of me, and I get to capture them for a living.

I have so much more I want to share about this backyard wedding, but for now let’s congratulate Laura and Karl for finally saying their “I do’s” surrounded by their loved ones after years of setbacks!

Iver Bolin Van Morris

Never thought I’d have another child, didn’t want to. But I guess, love changes things, and life will never go as expected, it goes as needed.

Short and sweet version of our labor story:

The labor was long and hard. The first few hours seemed like a breeze, but because I had to be induced (my amniotic fluid was dangerously low) they continued to increase the Pitocin in order to bring more intensity to the contractions in hopes of speeding up the process. Instead it slowed down the process, I was stuck at 5cm for houuuuurs, the contractions were intense, and so close together... it brought stress to the baby, so much so that they had to stop dosing me with Pitocin. As soon as the Pitocin ended... my body did it’s thing naturally, and it took one hour to bring me from 5cm-9cm.
I started pushing at 9cm... 1 hour into pushing, Iver arrived :)

I’ve never felt so supported and loved by a partner in the way that Drew has loved and supported me through labor and postpartum healing.

Iver’s precious little soul has blessed our lives forever 🤍🌙

Photos by Drew besides the one of him catching Iver- that one was taken by a member of the NICU team. Forever grateful for that shot!!!

It’s been a long week of moving into the new place, starting a new chapter.
Happy to be back grinding and editing the beautiful sessions I had in Southern California during thanksgiving break.
Thank you to my lovey clients who showed up and showed off!

I’ve had the honor of photographing Chela and Kody’s engagement and wedding... and now they’ve turned into a family of four. Sooo so beautiful 🤍

I’ve spent a good amount of time with Lennon this past Fall.. I was there when he was born a couple of years back, documented that beautiful experience.
He’s become family to me.
This is my favorite photo of him because he looks like he’s about to ask his classic question (with the tilt in his head and everything)... “Are you happy?”
