Hi! I love crafting meal that are delicious, memorable, and keep my table crowded.

My background includes graduating Culinary School, working the line in kitchens, running the golf course snack bar at a country club, being an in-home private chef, catering small events, making wedding cakes, and cooking A LOT for my friends and family.

I am absolutely loving cookbook.

This is Crispy Ginger Ramen Noodles. I’ve also made and loved the Chicken and Cabbage in Cream, the Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta, and the Potluck Teriyaki Meatballs and Macaroni Salad. I cannot wait to keep cooking my way through this book! All the recipes have been packed with flavor, and very approachable (especially for a tired lady on a weeknight).
