When our kids were young teens, they hunted our land adjacent to "Tao Acres", lovingly called "The Orchard" a name inherited from my husband's parents when they owned the land. The boys and some friends named their hunting group Team Apple Orchard a name that stuck with them over the years and has brought us many great stories and memories of this beautiful land and our kids. rings together the spirit of living life in the outdoors so important to our family as well as the meaning of Tao; the way or the path, to provide a place for others to find and live their path too.

The season is almost done, we are closing for guests a little early this year to attend to other things. One event next weekend with Ayla Priestley for a Fire Walk. No matter the time of year, the sights here are always great. I can hear a raven 🐦‍⬛ squawking and an 🦉 owl hooting.
