🍷 Wine Country took on the Windy City! 🌬️

Our ILEA Napa-Sonoma crew headed to Chicago for ILEA Live 2026, joining event professionals and chapter leaders from across the globe for three days of education, inspiration, big ideas and the kind of conversations that remind us why we love this industry.

From educational sessions and chapter leadership meetings to SEARCH Live, the ESPRIT Awards and plenty of opportunities to connect in between, we came home with new ideas, new friends and a few more people around the world who now know exactly where Napa-Sonoma is. 😉

We’re incredibly proud to represent a chapter made up of world-class event professionals working right here in Wine Country. We may be a smaller chapter, but the creativity, hospitality, talent and experience our members bring to the global ILEA community is pretty mighty.

One of the best parts of ILEA? Your network doesn’t stop at the county line. Or the state line. Or, apparently, the international date line. 🌎
