An apology to my customers…
I have not been my best self for several months. Since October/November, I’ve had on and off stomach issues. In January, these issues were around 4 days a week and by mid February, they turned into daily issues. I had a procedure in early March, followed by no answers and more stomach issues, which finally ended with my gallbladder being removed a week ago yesterday. 4 days into recovery, I started suffering from severe sciatica. Eventually, I wasn’t able to sit down without pain bringing me to tears, yet I also couldn’t put weight on my left leg, making it difficult to stand. I was diagnosed with a bulging disc near the sciatic nerve and a dislocated joint, causing all of these back issues.
While I do suffer from systemic lupus, it is well-controlled and I do not generally have constant health issues, but they’ve seemed to come all at once. I’ve missed messages, been late responding, and even had to cancel an event for the first time ever since all of this has come about. All of this to say I’m sorry to anyone who has waited around on responses from me and had to look elsewhere for balloon services. I promise to provide better customer service and respond more timely to all questions and inquiries. To me, transparency is important and I hope you’ll forgive me for the mishaps and the distance. I’m forever grateful for your loyalty to me and my local side business🤍.
