The Nutcracker Tea Party

We have had several people ask questions about The Nutcracker Tea Party and we would love to answer them all.

The Nutcracker Tea Party is something new to Snyder. London Bleu is looking to bring fun, and interesting things for our community to enjoy, and maybe even make a few wonderful memories along the way.

Who dances in the show?
Dancers are students at Studio 92, and taught by Sarah Parmer. 6 of her talented dancers will perform different dances from the Christmas musical. Students have already started practicing and cannot wait to perform for us.
I’d like to buy tickets. When do they go on sale?
Tickets are on sale now! You may purchase them through Eventbrite.com. Seating at the party is reserved in the order in which the tickets are purchased. Don’t wait to order as we have limited seating!! Purchase your tickets here

Would my son and husband enjoy the event?
Absolutely, it’s a family-friendly event enjoyed by all.

How many seats are at a table?
We can only accommodate eight at a table. Please do not ask us to seat more than 8 at a table as it is not comfortable to those seated at the table.

I’d like to be sure to sit with my friends. How do I make that happen?
When you order tickets, please let us know (and have your friends let us know as well). While we do our best to make sure all these requests are accommodated, if you’d like to be guaranteed, order all the seats at one time and coordinate with your friends and family.

How should we dress?
It’s a party, so come dressed for the holidays. You’ll see a little bit of everything from dressy pants outfits to little girls decked out in velvet and taffeta.

May I bring my camera?
Of course, but we ask that you refrain from flash photography during the performance to protect our dancers. There’s plenty of opportunity to get pictures with the dancers – as they stroll among the guests during the tea party before and after the performance. Flash photography is not allowed during the ballet performance.

My children are young. Would it be a good event for them?
This is a 2 hour event with plenty of time for conversation (and bathroom breaks). Each dancer will perform a 2-3 minute performance with about 7-8 minutes of down time for talking and sipping tea. If you feel your child can handle an event like this please let them join in on the magic.

What kind of food will be served?
Tea cakes, cookies, finger sandwiches, pinwheels will be some of the things at your table along with tea and punch. Each table will be served family style. We are a NUT FREE ZONE for all those with allergies.
