Come sip, sample, and shop at our seasonal market on Sunday, September 14th. Enjoy live music, taste and take home Bellsong Creamery’s handcrafted cheeses, browse farm-fresh produce, enjoy wood-fired fare (including handmade pasta from Pasta Casalinga), meet local artisans showcasing their wares, and stock up on pantry provisions made right here. The menu will feature a vibrant array of dishes: Roasted and marinated pepper toast with Castelvetrano olives, whipped fresh cheese, mint, and anchovy on sourdough; red pepper hummus with Greek-style lamb ragù and warm pita; heirloom tomato salad with za’atar oil, basil labneh, seared Shish*to peppers, and fresh herbs; preserved lemon and oregano-marinated black cod served with a cucumber and Sungold tomato salad, pine nuts, and mint; and, roasted new potatoes with dill and parsley salsa verde.
