showed us how to prepare a saffron-glazed stuffed chicken with fruits and nuts (Morgh Shekam Por), a fragrant beef and quince stew (Khoresh Beh), a golden saffron rice cake with yogurt (Tahchin), and a jewel-toned pomegranate, cucumber, and feta salad (Salad-e Anar-o Khiar) for the holiday table. We learned so much about different cooking techniques and the wonderful stories he shared with us. Thank you for joining us this past weekend!
