Hip Kids Hula Hoops Hip Kids Hula Hoops specializes in hoop dance parties, workshops and classes for kids all around the Long Island area and the five boroughs of New York.

Over an hour of energy filled hoop dancing, fun music, games and instructor guided tricks. Kids will love participating in organized, interactive, team games, relays, hoop-a-thon contests and an all out hula hoop dance party! Each child will go home with her or his own personalized, handmade, hula hoop that they make themselves. Party package includes 1.5 hours at your home or space of your choice

. Space must be large enough to accommodate all children moving, dancing and playing games with hula hoops. Outdoor space/back yard recommended or a large indoor space with high ceilings (ie. school gym, cafeteria, or recreation room)

- Hula Hoop Decorating...
We hand craft hula hoops out of sturdy, industrial material that is guaranteed to hold up to wear and tear. Each child gets a professional hoop to decorate with our specialty decorative and grip tapes. We offer instruction and assistance on how to tape hoops and every child goes home with their own uniquely customized handmade hula hoop. A great party favor!

- Performance...
We do a high energy dance performance of our hula hoop skills to excite and WOW your party goers!!

- Skill Sharing...We demonstrate and instruct party goers how to do basic hula hoop dance tricks and simple dance combinations.

- Games & Dancing... We round out the party with awesome cooperative games, and then it's Hoop Dance Party Time with their favorite music hits! (we provide the music and sound system)

- Lots of smiles and laughter guaranteed!!

Join us for a 2 1/2hrs of pure fun in a safe,
non-competitive environment. Peace, Love, & Yoga and Hip Kids Hula Hoops are partnering up to share an awesome movement and mindfulness workshop with the children of Long Island. Our workshop offers children a chance to decompress from their everyday busy lives and express themselves in a unique and individual way. The workshop will include an hour of yoga & mindfulness taught by a certified childrens yoga & mindfulness instructor, an hour of hoop dance taught by a certified hoop dance instructor, and a little time in between to chill and have a snack with friends. This program is designed for K-9th graders. Older yogis will start with yoga and younger yogis will start with hoops and then we will switch. Wear sneakers and bring a mat, eye covering (ex. washcloth), snack, water, sunscreen and bug spray.

Suggested donation $35 a student & siblings $25 (venmo or cash day of). Part of your donation will be used to buy dinner for the children/staff of Angela’s House. ❤️

We understand that some families are not yet comfortable gathering but for those that are we will be mindful of spacing our yoga mats out and ask that you drop your child off with clean hands and happy faces! Sanitizer available if you forget. Hoops will be cleaned between groups. No eye masks will be used at this time hence the washcloth we asked you to bring. Can’t wait! See you soon yogis!
