We’re getting outside for a BLD Walk & Talk around Lake Kittamaqundi in Columbia.

Come get your steps in, enjoy some fresh air, have some good conversation and connect with some good people.

And we have a special guest joining us! Yolanda of BetterFasting will be there sharing some wellness tips along the way. ❤️

We’ll meet at 8:45 AM at Whole Foods and start walking at 9:00 AM.
