Welcome to the Tommy Douglas Conference Center, located just minutes from Washington, D.C., our 21st century facility sits on over 45 beautiful acres of lush grounds, offering a peaceful and serene setting. The Center consists of 4 Guest Suite buildings along with over 8000 Square Feet of Conference/Banquet Space. The Center is also home to the International Headquarters of the Amalgamated Transit Union, which serves over 190,000 members.

The Tommy Douglas Conference Center offers over 25,000 SF of flexible function space, including an 8,000 SF ballroom, and over 20 meeting rooms of various sizes to accommodate groups of up to 700 guests. Many meeting rooms offer an abundant exposure of natural light.

The center also offers a full service kitchen with an executive chef and staff, serving a variety of delicious meals, a multi-purpose dining room, auditorium, and outdoor picnic areas. We offer state of the art technology, audio-visual equipment, and a self-service business center for your convenience.
