What’s good, Shreveport-Bossier! It’s your boy Chef Mel, your 2024 Golden Fork Winner, and I’m honored to be your Foodie Fest Chef Ambassador this year! 🍴✨

Y’all already know my favorite question is “What Y’all Eatin?” — and on October 25th, the only answer is Foodie Fest 2025: Food | Culture | Resilience.

We’re serving up:
🚚 Food trucks with amazing eats
👨🏾‍🍳 Live chef demos (yes, I’ll be showing out too!)
🎨 Family fun with face painting & more
