Our process is straightforward: we learn about your wedding, get everything organized, step in more closely as your wedding approaches, coordinate your rehearsal, and take the lead on your wedding day.

The Sherwood community truly showed up. ❤️🥹

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person and business who donated clothing, school supplies, hygiene items, gift cards, and monetary donations to support the families of the Menasha Joint School District and the City of Menasha following last week’s devastating tornado.

Watching our community come together in a time of need has been incredibly moving. Every bag, every box, every dollar, and every act of kindness will help local families as they begin the long road to recovery.

A huge thank you as well to our friends at High Cliff Golf Course for helping us collect donations today while our team was out of the office serving our couples. We couldn’t have done it without your support.

We are so grateful to be part of a community that cares so deeply for its neighbors. Thank you for reminding us that even in the hardest moments, kindness always shines through. 💛

If you’ve been meaning to donate, today is your chance! We will be accepting donations all day.

Please note: Our Honey Events office is closed today, so all donations should be dropped off next door with our amazing partners at High Cliff Golf and Event Center

At Honey, wedding coordination isn't just one person. It's a team effort, and every member has a specific role designed to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

💛 Wedding Project Manager
Your Wedding Project Manager oversees everything leading up to your wedding day. They guide you through onboarding, schedule and lead any requested planning meetings, conduct your Final Planning Meeting, and prepare your timeline, logistics, décor plan, and ceremony details. Think of them as the person making sure every piece of the puzzle is in place before wedding day arrives.

💛 Wedding Coordinator
This is the person you'll spend the most time with on your wedding weekend! Your Wedding Coordinator leads your rehearsal, manages your wedding day, coordinates vendors, keeps the timeline moving, solves problems behind the scenes, and ensures everything runs according to plan so you can simply enjoy your day.

💛 Client Experience Coordinator
Our behind-the-scenes organization expert! Your Client Experience Coordinator keeps your client portal updated, answers questions, helps manage documents, and makes sure you always have access to the information you need. If you're wondering where to find something or have a quick question, they're an incredible resource.

💛 Wedding Assistant (when needed)
For weddings with more extensive décor, larger guest counts, or additional setup needs, we may assign a Wedding Assistant. They work alongside your Wedding Coordinator to help with setup, décor placement, guest logistics, and anything else needed to keep your day running seamlessly.

It truly takes a team to create an exceptional wedding experience. By assigning specialized roles, each member of our team can focus on what they do best, giving you more support, better communication, and a wedding day that feels effortless.

What creates a difficult planning experience isn't being organized. It's micromanagement, second-guessing every recommendation, or hiring professionals only to question every decision they're asked to make.

Our job isn't to take control away from you. It's to carry the weight of your wedding so you don't have to.

The strongest client relationships are built on collaboration and trust. We promise to listen, communicate, advocate for your vision, and guide you with honesty and experience. In return, we ask that you trust the expertise you hired us for.
