Hello and Happy New Year to everyone!

As the start of the new year has passed I’d like to share big news. Gypsy girl is moving out and away from the area. It’s been a good run in central New York but the gypsy must be a gypsy and travel to new places.

We will be selling our old equipment and trailer to be able to have a different setup to withstand a colder climate and do work year round!! If you are interested in starting your own business, food truck business is the way to go!!
