Gothic Romance Wedding/Elopement Styled Shoot

Several vendors and I are bringing you the vibes of a Gothic Romance in my 1800s Historic studio that is also a beautiful canvas for elopements and micro weddings...

Models: Two friends who will be representing as a same-sex couple.

The Aesthetic: Moody, mix of dark and light, "till death" energy.

The After-Party: We will transition into a sultry bridal bo***ir session, celebrating the quiet, intimate side of a dark romance.

Non-Event Rates

1st Floor Suite: $45/hour
2nd Floor Suite: $65/hr | $275 for 5 hours then $50/hr for any additional hours

Combine BOTH floors: $95/hr | 5 hours $450 then $75/hr for any additional hours

Includes access to furniture, bedding, constant light with 70 in umbrella, tables, chairs, and backdrop stands.

Important Notes: There is no elevator to the second floor. A ramp is available in the back of the building to enter for those with disabilities.

Cancellation Policy

- Guests may cancel their Booking until 14 days before the rental start time and will receive a full refund (excluding fees).
- Cancellations between 8-13 days prior to the rental start time may receive 50% of their booking fee (excluding fees).
- Booking cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the rental start time are non refundable.
- Another option is to have the paid rate as a credit towards a future booking. Must be used within 6 months of cancellation. If not used then it will be liquidated towards but not limited to contract creation, communication, etc.
- Guest may reschedule the rental date once and transfer the funds until 7 days prior from the original date. Any additional rescheduling will add an extra $25 fee.

If the Studio must cancel the booking, the Guest will receive a full refund.

The Margaretta Suite is part of the 2nd floor rental. It's use is for hair/makeup, a space for wardrobe changes, and to keep personal belongings.

Story behind the name of the room...

The house was built for Stephen Duncan's wife, Margaretta Love Stiles. Sadly she passed away a few years into their marriage so he sold the house to his Brother in-law.
