I’ve always had a deep passion for organizing and planning, and I believe that every special event deserves to be stunning. With this philosophy in mind I created Kapla Design + Coordinating in 2018, and have since gained many valuable connections with industry experts and vendors. I’ll work day and night to guarantee that your next event will be filled with unforgettable moments. Along with my co

ordinating services I also provide graphic design services. This could be something you need for your event - signage, table cards, menus, or something along those lines. Or it could be something totally different - a logo, a beautifully designed resume to make you stand out, or a fun design to decorate your home!

My days are booked + busy - ALWAYS. Between being a mom, working 3 part-time jobs and running my business people think I am crazy. All it takes is a color coded spreadsheet, an organized calendar, and some focused time!

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT!

Stephanie Marie Photography is one of my favorite local photographers!

She offers a variety of photo services from family sessions to weddings. Not only is her work so so beautiful, she is just a JOY to be around!

I found Stephanie on a whim on Facebook when I was around 30 weeks pregnant, considering the idea of a birth photographer. I do not have the words to express how much the photos Stephanie captured for our family mean to us. Having a birth photographer was something I was on the fence about, but now I can't imagine not having these precious moments captured to remember forever. Stephanie is so talented, kind and wonderful to work with! She was at the hospital with us for hours during labor and returned to the hospital for fresh 48 photos with our sweet new baby girl (who is now almost ONE, time goes too quickly).

So happy to have had her capture such a big milestone for our family! And now I love getting to work with her again and again in the wedding world! (:

VENUE SPOTLIGHT!

Buechler Farms, LLC located in Belgium, Wisconsin. A locally owned + operated barn venue, Buechler staff goes above and beyond for couples who get married on their property.

This venue has SO much to offer and a big plus is you get a venue coordinator included in your rental price! Your venue coordinator helps you through making decisions on table layout, bar packages, and so many more things around the property.

2025 wedding season was my first year as a venue coordinator at Buechler Farms and I am SO excited for the 2026 season to get going, we have so many new and exciting things happening!
