From Concept to Reality! 🎬✨

One of my favorite parts of event planning is watching an idea come to life!

For Hollywood Night, I wanted each table to have its own personality while still tying into the overall theme. From movie-inspired details to floral arrangements and a little Hollywood glam, each centerpiece had its own moment. ❤️

Now, can we talk about how I spent all this time planning, designing, and creating everything, only to completely forget to take pictures of the finished setup?! 😭😂

A HUGE shoutout and thank you to everyone who sent me pictures and videos! Because without y'all, I would barely have any proof of all this hard work! 😂❤️ I appreciate every single one of you for capturing the moments I missed while I was busy running around.

A little vendor love for Jalyn Glasco because she definitely helped make Hollywood Night a little sweeter. 🥰✨

Jalyn and I did a creative trade. I created a backdrop for her event, and she provided desserts for mine. I loved being able to support another local creative while we both brought something special to each other’s events.

Thank you again, Jalyn, for adding such a sweet touch to the night. Everything looked so good and fit right into the celebration. ❤️🎬

Welcome to Hollywood. 🎬✨

I had this whole red-carpet moment planned…and apparently forgot that I also needed to actually take pictures and videos of it. 😂 Thankfully, my friends understood the assignment!

Shoutout to Mack for capturing this video so I could actually see the finished setup in action. ❤️

And another shoutout to Lani, who took the assignment VERY seriously—grabbing people’s phones, turning into our unofficial paparazzi, and interviewing guests as they made their way down the red carpet. 😂🎤📸

Of course, Stephen and I had to get our interview in too!

This is exactly what I wanted this area to be—not just décor, but part of the experience. I wanted guests to feel like they were arriving at a Hollywood premiere from the moment they hit the red carpet.

And thanks to my unofficial content team, I actually have proof that it happened. 😂❤️

A good wedding timeline isn't just about what time the ceremony starts. 💍

It's about making sure the day actually works for you.

Recently, I was walking through a bride's wedding morning with her and realized something important: if hair and makeup started when originally planned, everyone wouldn't be finished by the time she wanted to get dressed.

So we adjusted it.

Simple change. BIG difference. 💕

And that's exactly why I ask so many questions before your wedding day.

Not just:
“What's your ceremony time?”
“What time does the photographer arrive?”

I'm asking things like:

✨ If something has to be cut from the timeline, what's most important to protect?
✨ Who is authorized to make decisions if I can't reach you?
✨ What happens if someone decides to give an unplanned toast?
✨ Are guests allowed to take centerpieces at the end of the night?
✨ What do you want me to do if you two disappear for a much-needed private moment?

Some of my questions might make you think, Wait... I never even thought about that.” 😂

That's the point.

I want us to think about it before your wedding day so you don't have to think about it on your wedding day.

Your timeline isn't something I pull from a template and change the names on. It's built around your priorities, your people, your vendors, and the way you actually want to experience your day.

You enjoy your wedding. I'll worry about the “what ifs.” 🩷
