If you’re venue is Located within a 30 minute drive of Pasadena, Md, We plan theme Parties & set up! Just give us your theme and We can help plan all theme Appropriate decor & goodies to match!! Or if your just wanting help with your table top party goodies and are requesting to pick up from me a few days before event just reach out and we can help!!
* How Planning Full Parties with us work - When reaching out to request Just give us your Address of Venue, Date of event, Time & budget and We’ll get right back to you with a final payment agreement that includes our time plus Mileage and It’s that easy!!! All Parties must be planned with at least a 4-6 week window in order to give us Appropriate time frames to pick up / order and get all of your creations in time. We ONLY set up, you would be Responsible for taking all creations down. We ONLY provide theme Paper Goods & Cups, Utensils & Food creations. Things we don’t provide in our requested budget- Invitations, Venues costs, Tables, Chairs, Tents ect. When requesting to book a party with us you will be asked to sign an agreement along with a NON-Refundable First half payment to Book at least 4-6 weeks before event date In order to Secure special event date plus includes our planning, ordering first half of decor ect. Your Second payment must be made within 2 WEEKS before event date. We only Except cancellations up to one week before event date. If You have to cancel for any reason after you have passed 1 week + into event date again for any reason “Sickness, Weather ect you will forfeit any payments made due to already pre-paid food items ect. We do offer a RAIN DATE to Reschedule upon request at our Availability & will Still honor your FIRST ONLY Non- Refundable down payment made at time of signing & Agreeing to Party contract.
