We felt like we were back home again at Whispering Oaks Vineyard with this wedding package that includes our set up and removal. And once again, we teamed up with Perfect Timing Event Planning who coordinated this wedding for the couple. With about 220 guests and 16 bridesmaids and groomsmen, having a day of coordinator is really so important. The couple, family and friends were truly able to enjoy the day. ❤️❤️❤️

They are not only an asset to the newlyweds, their parents, friends and family on their wedding day, but they are truly valued by the venues and vendors as well! 🤩
