We’ll be closed today for Memorial Day so our team can spend time with family.

Our house-made Crawfish Étouffée is rich, buttery, smoky, and loaded with crawfish tails served over white rice.

FOR SALE TONIGHT — HALF PAN RUSTIC RAGÙ LASAGNA

We spent today working on some R&D for the new catering menus we’ve been quietly building behind the scenes… and let’s just say this one turned out too good not to share.

We ended up with ONE extra half pan of our new Rustic Ragù Lasagna available tonight as a take & bake special.

Slow-cooked beef & pork ragù, béchamel, Parmasean ricotta, built for deep, rich rustic Italian comfort food flavor. This is the kind of lasagna that fills the whole house with the smell of Sunday dinner.

Fully assembled and ready to bake at home. Feeds roughly 6-8 people.
